Project: Emergency Relief and Rebuilding Lives Amid Conflict
In the wake of the devastating conflict in Gaza, Grey Foundations launched the Lifeline Initiative to provide urgent aid and long-term support to affected citizens. The foundation coordinated with local organizations to deliver medical supplies, food, and clean water to thousands of families displaced by the war.
One of the most profound impacts was on the Al-Najjar family, whose home was destroyed during the conflict. With Grey Foundations' assistance, they received temporary shelter and essential supplies. The foundation also facilitated psychological support sessions for children like 10-year-old Sami, who struggled with trauma after losing his school and friends.
In addition to immediate aid, Grey Foundations helped rebuild critical infrastructure, including two schools and a community health clinic. These facilities now serve over 3,000 residents, providing education, medical care, and a sense of normalcy amid chaos.
"Grey Foundations gave us hope when we had none," shared Leila Al-Najjar. "They reminded us that even in the darkest times, there are people who care."
The Lifeline Initiative continues to offer support through vocational training programs, empowering citizens to rebuild their lives and communities despite the challenges of war.
